在图书馆工作以来,发现各方面的文献资料采购典藏都比较丰富,但高校对于自行发布或校外媒体发布的新闻报道、公告文书却鲜有收藏。随着时代的发展、时事的更新,高校都必须根据实际情况及时做出政策的调整、布局、学习、探讨等。这方面的内容既有历史性又有时代性和前瞻性,对学校未来办学及其他各方面都具有极高的参考价值,也极具收藏价值,能给以后的工作提供宝贵经验。故本文对高职院校图书馆收藏有关本校自行发布或校外媒体对本校发布的新闻报道、公告文书等进行探索。

Since working in the library, it has been found that all aspects of document collections are relatively rich, but colleges and universities rarely collect news reports and announcement documents published by themselves or by external media. With the development of the times and the updating of current affairs, colleges and universities must make timely policy adjustments, layouts, studies, and discussions based on actual conditions.
