Novel molecular probes for guiding precision diagnosis and treatment in lung cancer

摘要 分子影像在肺部疾病诊断、疗效监测、预后评估等方面具有重要作用,尤其是;F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(;F-Fludeoxyglucose,;F-FDG)正电子发射计算机体层显像(positron emission tomography and computed tomography,PET/CT)在肺部恶性肿瘤中的价值也得到多线临床指南推荐。然而,仅依靠;F-FDG PET/CT显像鉴别肺部良/恶性疾病的价值有限,新型分子探针的研发是提高分子影像对肺癌诊断灵敏度和特异度的有效方法。本文从代谢型、受体型(以肿瘤免疫治疗程序性死亡蛋白-1/程序性死亡蛋白配体-1靶点为例)等分子探针的构建、显像流程等方面综述,以期对分子探针指导肺癌的诊疗有所帮助。 Molecular imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis,outcome monitoring and prognosis estimation of lung diseases,especially;F-Fludeoxyglucose (;F-FDG) positron emission tomography and computed tomography (PET/CT) in lung malignancies is also recommended by multiple lines of clinical guidelines.However,the value of relying on;F-FDG PET/CT imaging alone to identify benign and malignant lung disease is limited,so the development and use of novel molecular probes is an effective way to improve the sensitivity and specificity of molecular imaging for the diagnosis of lung cancer.This article reviews the construction and visualization process of molecular probes such as metabolic type and receptor type (programmed death protein-1/programmed death protein ligand-1 targets for tumor immunotherapy as an example),with a view to helping molecular probes guide the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
