固体废物浸提液去除三价铬的共沉淀剂方法探究

摘要 有机物存在的前提下,对比了不同沉淀剂的共沉效果。对生活垃圾固化样和飞灰样的浸提液,用氢氧化钙做沉淀剂,三氯化铁或者三氯化铝做为共沉剂,讨论浸提剂中三价铬的去除效果。结果表明,螯合剂的存在会影响三价铬的去除;使用中速滤纸双层过滤,在共沉剂的作用下,能更好的去除浸提液中的三价铬;三氯化铁效果要优于三氯化铝,但对于生活垃圾飞灰样,两者效果都尚可。为了避免试剂带入的三价铬影响,在消解前只加入硫酸。 In the presence of organic matter, the cosedimentation effect of different precipitates was compared. For the immersion liquid of solid waste sample and fly ash sample, calcium hydroxide was used as precipitant, iron trichloride or aluminum trichloride as cosink ensant, and the removal effect of chromium trivalent in immersion agent was discussed. The results showed that the presence of chelate agent will affect the removal of chromium trivalent, and the use of medium speed filter paper can better remove the extract, the effect was better than aluminum trielectric chloride, but both for domestic waste fly ash. To avoid the trivalent chromium affected by the reagent, only sulfuric acid was added before digestion.
