缩泉丸药效部位GC-MS分析

摘要 探究缩泉丸缩尿药效部位主要化学成分。通过GC-MS程序升温进行分析,采用自编程序建立共有指纹图谱,再通过益智仁和乌药缩尿药效部位GC-MS图谱分析缩泉丸中各峰的归属。建立的缩泉丸缩尿药效部位标准指纹图谱相似度结果均大于0.90;共鉴别出37个化合物,其中10个化合物来源于乌药,其余27个化合物来源于益智仁。建立的标准指纹图谱准确可靠,可以为缩泉丸缩尿药效部位质量控制提供一个参考。 The main chemical components of the effective part of in Suoquan Wan(SQW)were explored. The petroleum ether extracts of 10 batches in SQW were extracted, and the petroleum ether extracts of SQW were analyzed by GC-MS temperature program. Then the common fingerprint was established by self-programming, and the attribution of each peak in SQW was analyzed by Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus(AOF)and Linderae Radix(LR). The standard fingerprint of petroleum ether extract in SQW was established, and the similarity were all greater than 0.9. 38 compounds were identified, 10 of compounds were from LR and the remaining 28 compounds were from AOF. Standard fingerprint of GC-MS is accurate and reliable, could provide a reference for quality control of etroleum ether extracts of SQW.
