燃煤电厂减污降碳协同治理探析 被引量:4

摘要 燃煤电厂正面临着大气污染物减排和温室气体减排的双重压力。文章以某燃煤热电联产项目为例,预测研究大气污染物和碳排放水平,拟建项目烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放浓度达到超低排放水平,分别为8.58 mg/m^(3), 34.2 mg/m^(3),49.5 mg/m^(3),年排放总量分别为100、400、578 t,年碳排放总量约为338万t。面对环境质量持续改善和碳达峰要求,本文从挖掘减碳潜力、加强低碳技术研究应用、调整能源结构、宏观政策等方面提出了实现CO_(2)和大气污染物协同控制的建议。 The coal-fired power industry is an industry which is not only with great contribution to the emission of air pollutants and CO_(2) but also with great potentiality of reduction, so it is defined as a key industry for energy conservation and emission reduction. The emission characteristics of air pollutants and CO_(2) from a coal-fired power plant were investigated. The results showed that the predicted emission concentrations of particulate matter, SO;and NO;were 8.58, 34.2, 49.5 mg/m^(3) and the total emission were 100、400、578 tons respectively with the application of ultra-low emission technology in power plant. At the same time, the predicted total CO_(2) emission were up to 3380000 tons. Some suggestions for the coordinated control of CO_(2) and air pollutants were proposed from the measures, the application of CO_(2), adjustments of the energy structure departments and the policy measures of air pollution and CO_(2) control.
