摘要
[目的]研究蒙椴种子快速催芽育苗方法。[方法]采取化学与物理相结合的方法,对蒙椴种子进行变温层积催芽处理。[结果]采用去果皮、酸蚀(浓硫酸)、激素浸种、变温层积的复合措施,层积时间由150 d减少到30 d,催芽率达86%,且苗木生长健壮。[结论]结果为蒙椴优质育苗提供了参考。
[Objective] To study the accelerating bud and raising seedling method of Tilia mongolica.[Method] The seeds of Tilia mongolica were treated with variable temperature stratification to promote germination by combining chemical and physical methods. [Result] The composite measures of peel removal,acid etching(concentrated sulfuric acid),hormone seed soaking and variable temperature stratification were adopted. The temperature lamination time was reduced from 150 d to 30 d,the germination rate was 86%,and the seedlings grew healthily. [Conclusion] The results provide a reference for high-quality seedling raising of Tilia mongolica.
