辽藁本种子质量分级标准研究

Study on Seed Quality Grading Standard of Ligusticum jeholense Nakai et Kitag

[目的]建立辽藁本种子质量分级标准。[方法]对辽宁不同地区的3年生辽藁本种子,按照《农作物种子检验规程净度分析》的规定方法对其农艺性状进行测量。[结果]辽宁辽藁本主产区种子千粒重在1.732~2.142 g之间,含水量在12.553%~13.461%之间,发芽率差异较大,在80%~93%之间,种子生活力在81%~95%之间,种子净度均超过80%。辽藁本种子发芽率和生活力显著相关。[结论]一级种子净度≥90%,千粒重≥2.0 g,含水量≤13%,种子生活力≥93%。二级种子净度85%~90%,千粒重1.8~2.0 g,含水量≤13%,种子生活力85%~93%。三级种子净度≤85%,千粒重≤1.8 g,含水量>13%,生活力≤85%。

[Objective] The aim was to establish the seed quality grading standard of Ligusticum jeholense.[Method] The 3-year-old seeds of Ligusticum jeholense in different regions of Liaoning were measured for agronomic traits according to the provisions methods of Clarity Analysis of Crop Seed Inspection Regulations.[Result] 1 000-seed weight in the main producing area of Liaoning Ligusticum jeholense was between 1.732 g and 2.142 g. Water content was between 12.553% and 13.457%. Germination rate varied greatly ranging from80% to 93%. Seed viability was between 81% and 95%. The seed purity was all over 80%. Seed germination rate showed a significant correlation with seeds vigor. [Conclusion] First grade:seed purity ≥90%,1 000 grain weight ≥2.0 g,water content ≤13%,seed viability≥93%. Second grade:seed purity was 85%-90%,1 000-grain weight was 1.8-2.0 g,water content ≤13%,seed viability was 85%-93%.Third grade:seed purity≤85%,1 000 grain weight ≤1.8 g,water content >13%,seed viability≤85%.
