从毕业生就业和薪酬水平等角度分析了农业高校专业课思政教学的难点,针对地方农业院校专业课思政教育提出了课程改革的思路和建议,以期充分调动高校各类人员参与课程思政建设,为完善相关评价和激励机制提供参考。

From the perspective of employment and salary level of graduates,the difficulties of ideological and political education in specialized courses in agricultural colleges and universities were analyzed,and the ideas and suggestions of curriculum reform for the ideological and political education in specialized courses in local agricultural colleges and universities were put forward,in order to fully mobilize all kinds of personnel in colleges and universities to participate in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education,and to provide reference for the improvement of relevant evaluation and incentive mechanism.
