基于“冬病夏治”理论探讨长蛇灸防治阳虚外寒证银屑病

Preventive and therapeutic effect of long snake moxibustion on psoriasis with yang deficiency and external cold syndrome based on the theory of"treatment of winter disease in summer"

银屑病是一种以红斑丘疹表面覆多层银白色鳞屑为主要临床特征的慢性炎症性皮肤病,其中阳虚外寒型银屑病难治性、复发性及冬重夏轻等特点更为明显,对患者的身心健康及生活质量产生了较大影响。中医在治疗银屑病方面见解独到,不论是疗效或安全性上,均有明显优势。基于中医治未病中“冬病夏治”的理念,长蛇灸充分发挥温肾壮阳、益精填髓、温通经脉、活血化瘀等功效,使银屑病阳虚外寒证患者虚阳得以恢复,抗病能力得以增强,预防银屑病在冬季复发或加重。本文将立足“冬病夏治”理论初步探讨长蛇灸防治阳虚外寒证银屑病的机理,为中医防治银屑病提供新的思路和方向。

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease with multiple layers of silvery white scales on the surface of ery-thema papule as the main clinical characteristics,of which psoriasis with yang deficiency and external cold syndrome is refractory,recurrent and severe in winter and mild in summer,which has a great impact on patients'physical and mental health and quality of life.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique insights in the treatment of psoriasis with obvious advantages on both curative effect and safety.Based on the concept of"winter disease and summer treatment",long snake moxibustion gives full play to its functions of warming the kidney,invigorating the marrow,warming the meridians,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,so as to restore the deficiency of yang in patients with psoriasis with external cold syndrome,enhance disease resistance,and pre-vent psoriasis recurrence or aggravation in winter.Therefore,based on the theory of"treatment of winter disease in summer",this paper preliminarily discusses the mechanism of long snake moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of psoriasis with yang defi-ciency and external cold syndrome,and provides new ideas and directions for the prevention and treatment of psoriasis with tradi-tional Chinese medicine.
