摘要 为了实现免耕播种机的精确变量作业,提高其节能减排性能,对免耕播种机的液压动力源、条带式种床制备装置、智能化种子空间定位机构、智能化系统集成等进行了研究,对施肥开沟器、排种开沟器、种肥箱、镇压机构等主要工作部件进行了设计和强度校核,实现了农具液压动力装置、智能化种床制备及种子空间定位技术两项技术突破,为推动保护性耕作技术的应用和发展,提供了重要的技术支撑。 In order to improve the operation stability and reliability of no tillage planter,starting with the realization of accurate variable operation,energy saving and emission reduction performance of machines and tools,this paper studies the hydraulic power source,strip seed bed preparation device,intelligent seed spatial positioning mechanism,intelligent system integration and test of no tillage planter.The main working parts such as fertilization,seed metering and ditching device,seed fertilizer box and pressing mechanism are designed and checked,which realizes the breakthrough of agricultural tool hydraulic power device,intelligent seed bed preparation and seed spatial positioning technology,and provides important support for promoting the application and development of conservation tillage technology and realizing the sustainable development of agriculture.
