枸杞属植物中甜菜碱类物质功能价值研究进展与产业化展望

Research Progress and Industrialization of Betaines in Lycium

世界范围内枸杞属植物有80余个生物种,我国有7个生物种、3个变种。宁夏枸杞是主产于我国西北地区大宗药食同源资源性植物。甜菜碱是《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版规定的枸杞子药材质量控制成分之一,在宁夏枸杞的果实、根、茎、叶中均有分布。甜菜碱类物质是从食物中获取的一类重要的人体营养素,在日常生活及生产中应用广泛,作为枸杞属中的重要资源性物质,其在枸杞属植物中的资源价值尚未被充分挖掘。通过系统梳理甜菜碱类物质在自然界及枸杞属植物中的分布及功能价值,结合国内外专利分析,探讨了甜菜碱类资源性物质在枸杞产业化发展中的应用价值,以期为深入挖掘枸杞产业潜在资源价值和有效延伸枸杞资源产业链提供参考。

The genus Lycium comprises over 80 species,with 7 species and 3 varieties in China.Lycium barbarum Linn.is a major medicinal and edible species in northwest China.Among the quality indexes of Lycii Fructus(Chinese Pharmacopoeia),betaine is distributed in fruits,roots,stems,and leaves of L.barbarum.Betaines,a class of food-derived nutrients for mankind,are widely used in daily life and production,but the value in Lycium has not been explored.Therefore,in this study,we summarized the distribution and functional value of betaines in the nature and Lycium,and related patents in China and abroad,and thereby discussed the value of betaines in the industrialization of Chinese wolfberry industry,hoping to provide a reference for the development of Chinese wolfberry industry and the rational utilization of Lycium leaf resources.
