摘要
因液氨大量存储具有较大的危险性,传统的液氨制氨工艺越来越难以满足安全生产需要。而尿素水解制氨工艺因其较高的安全性,在火电厂脱硝系统中得到广泛运用,但在实际运行中水解系统会出现结晶、堵塞、腐蚀等问题,所以精心运行和维护至关重要,文中针对某660 MW机组SCR系统尿素水解存在的问题进行分析,并采取可靠措施进行了处理。
Due to the large storage of liquid ammonia,the traditional liquid ammonia production process is increasingly difficult to meet the needs of safe production.The urea hydrolysis and ammonia hydrolysis process is widely used in the denitration system of thermal power plant,but the hydrolysis system will cause crystallization,blockage and corrosion in actual operation.This paper analyzes the problems of urea hydrolysis of a 660 MW unit and takes reliable measures.
