学生欺负教师行为的表现形式、成因剖析与治理路径 被引量:1

摘要 随着校园欺负研究的持续深入,学生欺负教师行为逐渐受到关注,但对于学生欺负教师行为的内涵、表现、成因与治理亟需进一步澄清。学生欺负教师行为内涵界定应与学生之间的欺负行为进行区别,分为直接欺负和间接欺负两种类型。学生欺负教师行为的产生,既有学生自我错误归因和教师因素,也有教师合法权益保护的社会支持不足以及学校场域中师生权力关系的异化等原因。因此,治理学生欺负教师行为,需要政府完善保障教师合法权益的政策体系,需要学校在学生欺负教师行为治理中注重教师参与、重树教师权威以及与家庭社会协同开展尊师教育。 With the deepening of school bullying research,students'bullying of teachers has gradually attracted attention,but the connotation,performance,causes and governance of students'bullying of teachers need to be further clarified.The definition of bullying behavior should be different from bullying behavior among students,which can be divided into two types:direct bullying and indirect bullying.The reasons for bullying teachers are not only students'self-wrong attribution and teachers'factors,but also the lack of social support to protect teachers'legitimate rights and interests and the alienation of power relations between teachers and students in the school field.Therefore,it is necessary for the government to improve the policy system to protect teachers'legitimate rights and interests,and schools to pay attention to teachers'participation,regain teachers'authority and cooperate with families and society to carry out teacher respect education in the governance of students'bullying.
