高校辅导员职业幸福感的提升对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 高校是人才培养的主阵地,辅导员是育人的重要力量,辅导员的职业幸福感是影响辅导员工作效果的重要因素。通过对H高校辅导员的深度访谈,结合萨缪尔森的“幸福方程式”,发现当前高校辅导员职业幸福感有待提升。经过深入分析发现,高校辅导员职业幸福感提升过程中存在薪酬待遇低及晋升空间小、工作强度大、职业认同感较低的问题。基于此,可以从以下路径提升辅导员职业幸福感,推动高校辅导员队伍建设向纵深化方向发展:改善辅导员薪酬待遇,拓宽辅导员晋升渠道;壮大辅导员队伍力量,明确辅导员的职责所在;改进辅导员评价体系,提升辅导员社会认可度。 Colleges and universities are the main field of talent training,and counselors are the important force of education.The career happiness of counselors is an important factor affecting the work effect of counselors.Through in-depth interviews with H college counselors and Samuelson's"Happiness Equation",it is found that the career happiness of college counselors at present needs to be improved.Through in-depth analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the process of improving the career happiness of college counselors,such as low salary,small promotion space,high work intensity and low professional identity.Based on this,the following ways can improve the career happiness of college counselors and promote the construction of college counselors to the direction of vertical deepening:improve the salary and treatment of counselors,broaden the promotion channels for counselors;Strengthen the strength of the instructor team and clarify the responsibility of the instructor;Improve the evaluation system of counselors,enhance the social recognition of counselors.
