摘要
PCB中介电常数Dk的一致性越好,材料厚度的一致性越好,印制板的信号稳定性相对越好。不同基材有着不同的Dk值、Tg值,以及不同的性能和成本,不同基材生产的印制板在信号传输上也存在一定的差异性。文章比较了不同基材在相同制作工艺,相同测试环境下,测试波形的稳定性。
The better the consistency of the dielectric constant D_(k) and material thickness of PCB,the better the signal stability of PCB.Different substrates have different D_(k) and T_(g) values,as well as different properties and costs.There are also some differences in signal transmission of PCB produced with different substrates.This article compares the stability of test waveforms with different substrates in the same manufacturing process and the same test environment.
