摘要
文章针对传统车架装配翻转机功能单一、安全系数低且耗时耗力等缺陷,基于PLC控制模块设计了一种可调整夹取机构、任意角度大小可控的装配机器人。实验研究结果表明,该装配机器人可以使工作人员在加工时省时省力,满足不同车型、不同角度的加工需求,提高了装配工作的安全性、效率性。
Aiming at the defects of traditional frame assembly turnover machine,such as single function,low safety factor,time-consuming and labor-consuming,an assembly robot with adjustable clamping mechanism and controllable size of any angle is designed based on PLC control module.The experimental results show that the assembly robot can make the workers save time and labor in processing,meet the processing needs of different models and different angles,and improve the safety and efficiency of assembly work.
