摘要
电子仪表是现在生产过程中常用的设备,通过这些仪表能够监测工作过程中的相关变量情况,保证声场过程的顺利进行。比如,在钢铁冶炼加工的过程中,需要清楚的掌握冶炼过程的温度和压力,利用温度和压力传感器制作的特种电子仪表就能够解决这一问题,能够实时反应炉内的温度和压力变化状况。所以说,有了这些电子仪表能够更加轻松的完成某些工作,并且能够合理的控制工作精度。但是,在这些电子仪表使用的过程中,并不是完全可靠的,当仪表中的传感器出现了问题,或者电子线路出现了故障,那么将会导致仪表测量结果存在偏差甚至错误,此时如果仍然按照该仪表的显示结果工作,那么将会造成严重的生产事故。因此,在使用电子仪表的过程中必须做好对于仪表的检修与维护工作,保证仪表的正常使用。本文介绍了常用电子仪表及应用场景,同时给出了电子仪表的检测与维修策略。
Electronic instruments are commonly used in the production process.Through these instruments,the relevant variables can be monitored to ensure the smooth progress of sound field process.For example,in the process of steel smelting and processing,it is necessary to clearly grasp the temperature and pressure of the smelting process.Special electronic instruments made of temperature and pressure sensors can solve this problem,and can reflect the temperature and pressure changes in the furnace in real time.Therefore,with these electronic instruments,it is easier to complete some work,and can reasonably control the working accuracy.However,in the process of using these electronic instruments,it is not completely reliable.When the sensor in the instrument has problems,or the electronic circuit has faults,it will lead to deviation or even error in the measurement results of the instrument.At this time,if it still works according to the display results of the instrument,it will cause serious production accidents.Therefore,in the process of using electronic instruments,the overhaul and maintenance of instruments must be done well to ensure the normal use of instruments.This paper introduces the common electronic instruments and application scenarios,and gives the detection and maintenance strategy of electronic instruments.
