摘要
低压差线性稳压器(LDO:Low Drop Output),作为常用的一种线性降压型的电源管理模块广泛应用于集成电路设计中,但由于各种因素影响,实际输出电压值与设计值存在一定的随机偏差。针对LDO输出随机偏差,业界普遍采用通过配置LDO修调寄存器来调整分压电阻阻值,从而调整输出电压到规定值。本文介绍了基于93K测试仪对某款器件的LDO模块修调方法。
As a commonly used power management module of linear buck type,LDO is widely used in integrated circuit design.However,due to various factors,there is a certain random deviation between the actual output voltage value and the designed value.Aiming at the random deviation,the method of changing the resistance value of voltage divider resistors by configuring LDO trimming registers to adjust the output voltage to the specified is widely used in the industry.This paper introduces the method of trimming one LDO module based on 93K tester.
