多维度提升送变电设备编码识别准确度的实现思路

摘要 在送变电建设实施过程中,因户外工作环境较为恶劣以及其他不可控等因素,导致部分机具设备编码面脱漆、编码脱落、油污遮盖等情况不可避免发生,这样就导致很多设备在作业完成后归还入库时,无法通过正常的OCR技术识别,实现快速扫描取码。安徽送变电工程有限公司采用多种识别技术结合的方式,从多个维度提高机具设备编码的识别能力,提升机具设备码识别准确率,为送变电单位物资管理工作提供技术支撑,提升公司信息化建设水平。 In the implementation of electricity transmission &transformation facilities construction,for outdoor work environment is relatively poor,and other uncontrollable factors,lead to some machine equipment coding surface paint falls off,coding,oil to cover,and so on and so forth inevitably occur,thus causing a lot of equipment in operation after the completion of the back into the Treasury,not through normal OCR recognition technology,achieve rapid scanning international access code.Anhui Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Co.,Ltd.adopts a combination of a variety of identification technologies to improve the identification ability of machine and equipment coding from multiple dimensions,improve the identification accuracy of machine and equipment code,provide technical support for the material management of power transmission and transformation units,and improve the level of information construction of the company.
