外科医护人员对全身麻醉术后病人咽喉痛认知及态度的质性研究

Qualitative study on the cognition and attitude of surgical staff to sore throat after general anesthesia

目的:了解外科医护人员对全身麻醉术后病人咽喉痛的认知及态度,为加强医护人员对全身麻醉术后病人咽喉痛的管理提供参考依据。方法:运用现象学研究方法,对14名医护人员进行半结构式深入访谈,对访谈资料采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行转录、编码、类属分析、描述和组织。结果:外科医护人员对全身麻醉术后病人咽喉痛的认知提炼出3个主题,即概念不明确,认知程度低;评估依据病人主诉,不知晓评估工具;对病人心理应激反应的影响认知不一。外科医护人员对全身麻醉术后病人咽喉痛的态度提炼出2个主题,即全身麻醉术后病人咽喉痛需要规范化管理;全身麻醉术后病人咽喉痛的管理需要多学科合作。结论:应提高医护人员对全身麻醉术后病人咽喉痛的认知水平,加快制订针对术后咽喉痛的管理方案,关注术后咽喉痛对病人心理应激状态的影响,促进病人身心健康,促进舒适化医疗的发展。

Objective:To investigate the cognition and attitude of surgical staff to sore throat after general anesthesia,and to provide reference for strengthening the management of sore throat after general anesthesia.Methods:A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted with 14 medical staff using the phenomenological research method.The interview data were transcribed,coded,analyzed,described and organized by Colaizzi 7-step analysis.Results:Surgical staff′s cognition of sore throat after general anesthesia has been abstracted into three themes,i.e.unclear concept and low cognition degree;assessment was based on the patient′s chief complaint,without knowledge of assessment tools;the cognition of the influence of psychological stress response on patients was different.The attitude of surgical staff to sore throat after general anesthesia has extracted two themes,namely,standardized management of sore throat after general anesthesia;management of sore throat after general anesthesia required multidisciplinary cooperation.Conclusions:It is necessary to improve the medical staff′s cognitive level of sore throat after general anesthesia,speed up the formulation of management plan for postoperative sore throat,pay attention to the influence of postoperative sore throat on patients′psychological stress state,promote patients′physical and mental health,and promote the development of comfortable medicine.
