摘要
落料管将散料在不同空间位置输送机之间进行转运,其性能将影响整套散料输送系统的运行稳定性。由于物料和使用环境千差万别,传统的落料管设计技术往往无法得到理想的设计成果,而近年来新兴的曲线落料管技术的实际使用效果参差不齐。文中对曲线落料管技术进行剖析,并采用离散元仿真、理论计算和工程试验相结合的方法,将曲线落料管部分优势技术引入传统落料管优化设计中,针对落料管常见的堵料、磨损、落料跑偏故障研究解决方案,使得传统落料管的综合性能有大幅提升,相关技术已经在工程项目中进行了实践。
The blanking pipe is used to transfer bulk materials between different conveyors, so its performance will affect the running stability of the whole bulk material conveying system. Due to the different materials and use environment,traditional design technologies of blanking pipes often can’t bring the desired effect, and the actual application of new design technologies of curved blanking pipes in recent years is also uneven. In this paper, the technology of curved blanking pipe was analyzed, and a method of combining discrete element simulation, theoretical calculation and engineering test was used, and part of the superior technologies of curved blanking pipe were integrated into the optimal design of traditional blanking pipe, so as to find out the solutions to common failures such as material blockage, wear and deviation, and greatly improve the comprehensive performance of traditional blanking pipes. Currently, relevant technologies have been applied to engineering projects.
