法治是治国理政不可或缺的重要手段,生态文明法治建设是新时代全面依法治国的重要内容,加快生态文明法治建设是实现“优美生态环境”目标的重要方式。新时代生态文明法治建设对缓和人与自然紧张关系、推进生态文明建设、实现国家治理能力和治理方式现代化以及贯彻全面依法治国具有重要的价值导向。因此,立足于生态文明建设的现实需要,提出增强立法科学性、完善生态执法体系、缓解生态司法困境和促进全民生态守法等建议。

The rule of law is an indispensable means of governing the country.The law-based construction of ecological civilization is not only an important part of the comprehensive rule of law in the new era but also has an important value for easing the relations between man and nature,promoting the construction of ecological civilization,modernizing the national governance capacity and governance methods,and implementing the comprehensive rule of law.Therefore,based on the practical needs of the construction of ecological civilization,such suggestions are made as enhancing the scientificity of legislation,improving the ecological law enforcement system,alleviating the dilemma of ecological justice,and promoting the ecological law-abiding of the whole people.
