随着“互联网+”技术的高速发展,网络教学模式成为高校体育教学改革研究的主要方向。结合高校师生的信息化能力和信息素养现状,探索基于互联网技术的体育教学改革实践路径,促进高校体育教学改革与“互联网+”技术更好融合,实现高校体育教学的创新发展。

With the rapid development of“the Internet+”technology in recent years,on-line teaching has been introduced into physical education in universities and the Internet technology has become the main direction of the teaching reform of physical education.In view of the current informatization ability and quality of university teachers and students,the paper analyzes the significance of“the Internet+”technology in promoting physical education and explores the practice paths of physical education reform based on the Internet technology,so as to promote better integration of physical education reform and“the Internet+”and achieve the innovative development of university physical education.
