近年来,世界钢铁工艺在不断的变革升级,在其行业发展过程之中,冷轧生产线、整卷钢板的开卷、剪裁、再卷工作,都会对操作人员带来一定的危险。现阶段轧钢生产线机械操控框架已经向着自动控制的方向转变。对轧钢生产线自动控制中,PLC系统技术应用对生产效率以及工作人员的安全保障进行探讨,并且介绍PLC系统生产机械的理论知识以及具体操作办法,结合监控系统实现对生产线路的监测以及保护工作,对其中阻碍问题进行分析。

In recent years,the world steel process is constantly changing and upgrading.In the process of its industry development,the uncoiling,cutting and rewinding of cold rolling production line and whole coil of steel plate will bring certain risks to operators.At present,the mechanical control framework of steel rolling production line has changed to the direction of automatic control.Aiming at the application of PLC system technology in the automatic control of steel rolling production line,this paper discusses the production efficiency and the safety guarantee of staff,introduces the theoretical knowledge and specific operation methods of PLC system production machinery,realizes the monitoring and protection of production line combined with the monitoring system,and analyzes the obstacles.
