健康视角下苏北办公建筑冬季室内热舒适研究

Study on the indoor thermal comfort of office buildings in northern Jiangsu in winter from the perspective of health

建筑热环境是健康建筑不可或缺的一部分,为获得苏北地区办公建筑冬季室内热环境变化状况及办公人员的热舒适评价,选取盐城市××城镇的政府行政办公楼作为研究对象。首先对办公建筑的现状进行现场实测,其次对室内热环境参数进行为期2周的连续测量,并同步进行对办公人员的主观问卷调查,最后通过线性拟合方法客观呈现测试人群的热感觉变化差异。研究结果显示办公人员对冬季室内热环境的不满意度稍高,将结合实际健康需求提出对应改进措施,以促进该地区冬季办公室内热环境的健康设计与优化研究。

Building thermal environment is an indispensable part of healthy buildings.In order to obtain the winter indoor thermal environment changes in office buildings in northern Jiangsu and the thermal comfort evaluation of office staff,this paper selects a government administrative office building in a town in Yancheng as the research object.First,conduct on-site measurements of the current situation of the office building,and secondly conduct a 2-week continuous measurement of indoor thermal environment parameters,and simultaneously conduct a subjective questionnaire survey of office staff.Finally,the linear fitting method is used to objectively present the differences in thermal perception of the test population.The results of the study show that office workers are slightly dissatisfied with the indoor thermal environment in winter,and corresponding improvement measures will be proposed based on actual health needs to promote the healthy design and optimization of the thermal environment in the office in winter in the region.
