乡村振兴战略背景下大学生社会责任感对农村创业行为的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Social Responsibility of College Students to Rural Entrepreneurship in the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴战略背景下大学生农村创业行为的诱因及其形成机制一直是学术界关注的热点。文章基于312组有效调查数据,以普通大学生创业者为研究对象,探索了乡村振兴战略背景下大学生社会责任感对农村创业行为的作用路径,以及创业认同与创业激情的中介作用,揭示了大学生农村创业的内在机理。研究表明:社会责任感对农村创业行为不存在直接的正向作用,而是通过创业认同与创业激情两个中介变量共同影响农村创业行为。上述研究结论不仅丰富了农村创业的理论研究,而且为高校对大学生开展创业教育提供了方向。

The incentives and formation mechanism of college students’rural entrepreneurship in the context of rural revitalization strategy have always been the focus of academic circles.Based on 312 groups of effective data,this paper explores the role of college students’social responsibility in rural entrepreneurship under the background of“rural revitalization strategy”,and the intermediary role of entrepreneurial identity and entrepreneurial passion,revealing the internal mechanism of college Students’rural entrepreneurship.The research shows that social responsibility has no direct positive effect on rural entrepreneurship,but affects rural entrepreneurship through two intermediary variables:entrepreneurial identity and entrepreneurial passion.The above research conclusions not only enrich the theoretical research of rural entrepreneurship,but also provide a direction for colleges and universities to carry out entrepreneurship education for college students.
