摘要
香菇多糖是从香菇中提取的具有天然生物活性的一种纯化多糖。介绍了香菇多糖β-1,3-D-主链和β-1,6-D-葡萄糖残基支链的结构,比较分析了香菇多糖的提取、分离纯化方法,阐述了香菇多糖的药理活性,如免疫调节、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、抗氧化等。
Lentinan is a kind of purified polysaccharide with natural bioactive components extracted from Lentinus edodes.In this paper,we introduce the structures ofβ-1,3-D-main chain andβ-1,6-D-glucose residue branched chain of lentinan.Moreover,we compare and analyze the extraction,separation and purification methods of lentinan,and review the pharmacological activities of lentinan,such as immune regulation,inhibition of tumor cell proliferation,and anti-oxidation.
