^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像在卵巢癌定性诊断及术前分期中的应用价值

The application value of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT in the qualitative diagnosis and preoperative staging of ovarian cancer

目的探究氟代脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-FDG)正电子发射断层显像/X线计算机体层显像(PET/CT)在卵巢癌定性诊断及术前临床分期评估中的价值。方法回顾性对比分析73例卵巢肿瘤患者手术(探查)前PET/CT显像及其病理学报告结果。结果^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像诊断卵巢癌的准确性为94.52%,Kappa值0.769,一致性较强,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对73例中58例确诊为卵巢癌的患者行PET/CT术前临床分期,与病理学诊断结果对照,PET/CT对卵巢癌分期、网膜种植及远处转移病灶诊断的准确率分别为84.48%、87.93%、91.38%,Kappa值依次为0.748、0.593、0.807,具有较强的一致性(P<0.05)。结论^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像对卵巢癌定性诊断及术前分期评估的准确性较高,能为临床治疗提供更全面精准的信息。

Objective To explore the value of fluorodeoxyglucose(^(18)F-FDG)positron emission tomography/X-ray computed tomography(PET/CT)in the qualitative diagnosis and preoperative clinical staging evaluation of ovarian cancer.Methods The PET/CT imaging and pathologic findings of 73 patients with ovarian tumor before operation(exploration)were analyzed retrospectively.Results The accuracy of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging in the diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumor was 94.52%,Kappa value was 0.769,the consistency was strong,the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 73 cases,58 patients diagnosed with ovarian cancer were performed with PET/CT preoperative clinical staging.Compared with the pathological diagnosis results,the diagnosis accuracy of PET/CT for ovarian cancer staging,omental implantation and distant metastases were 84.48%,87.93%and 91.38%,respectively.Kappa values were 0.748,0.593 and 0.807,respectively,showing a strong consistency(P<0.05).Conclusion^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging has a high accuracy in the diagnosis and preoperative staging evaluation of ovarian cancer,and can provide more comprehensive and accurate information for clinical treatment.
