摘要
老旧小区是影响城市高质量发展的重要因子之一,也是城市更新的重点。作为社区居家养老的物质空间基础,其现状公共空间中普遍存在着与老年人生活不相匹配的问题和矛盾,亟待解决。文章以贵阳市南明区观水小区为例,在深度调研的基础上,总结小区老年人基本特征和小区公共空间适老化现状突出问题;并基于适老化视角,对公共空间的交通、节点、景观、基础环境设施和公共服务设施等提出更新策略,推进小区智慧管理,以全面提升老旧小区宜居、宜养的人居环境品质,完善小区养老功能。
The old community is one of the important factors affecting the high-quality development of the city,and is also the focus of urban renovation.With the deepening of the aging degree and the increase of aging communities,the problem of community home care has generally received social attention.As the material space basis of community home care for the aged,the existing problems and contradictions that do not match the life of the elderly in the public space are to be solved urgently.Taking Guanshui Community in Nanming District of Guiyang City as an example,on the basis of in-depth investigation,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of the elderly in the community and the prominent problems of the elderly-oriented status of the public space in the community.Based on the elderly-oriented perspective,this paper puts forward renovation strategies for the traffic,nodes,landscape,basic environmental facilities and public service facilities of the public space,and promotes the intelligent management of the community,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of the livable and livable living environment of the old community,and improve the service function for the elderly in the old community.
