编制上海市工程建设规范《既有多层住宅加装电梯技术标准》(DG/TJ 08-2381—2021)是加快推进上海市既有多层住宅加装电梯工作的必然要求,有助于更好地规范既有多层住宅加装电梯工程建设,统一相关技术标准,确保工程质量。文章介绍了标准编制的背景、基本定位、基本框架和编制方法,并对编制过程中遇到的重点、难点问题进行了探讨,可为其他省市编制加装电梯标准提供参考。

The preparation of Shanghai engineering construction code Technical Standards for Installing Elevators in Existing Multistorey Residences(DG/TJ 08-2381-2021)is an inevitable requirement for accelerating the work of installing elevators in existing multistorey residences in Shanghai,which is helpful to better standardize the construction of elevators installed in the existing multi-storey residences,unify related technical standards,and ensure the quality of projects.This paper introduces the background,basic orientation,basic framework and preparation method of the standard,and discusses the key and difficult problems encountered in the preparation process,which can provide reference for other provinces and cities to prepare the standard for installing elevators.
