乡村振兴导向下常熟市蒋巷村特色田园乡村建设优化策略探析

Exploration on the Optimization Strategy of Characteristic Countryside Construction in Jiangxiang Village,Changshu City under the Guidance of Rural Revitalization

文章聚焦江苏省常熟市蒋巷村特色田园乡村规划建设的实践经验,梳理和提炼蒋巷村的成功建设模式;依据现状实施瓶颈,提出规划实践的现实问题,并挖潜问题产生的内生逻辑,最终从发展途径、协同治理、运营机制等方面提出优化策略,为后续特色田园乡村的建设提供参考与借鉴。

The characteristic rural pilot has covered more than 93%of agriculture related counties in Jiangsu Province,thus it becomes the main choice to realize the planning of Rural Revitalization in Jiangsu Province.Changshu Jiangxiang village is the second batch of characteristic rural pilot projects.This paper pays full attention to the practical experience of Jiangxiang Village’s characteristic rural planning and the way of its construction,sorts out and refines the successful building model,poses the current problems in planning practice based on the current implementation bottleneck,and digs the endogenous logic of the problems.Finally,from the way of development,the cooperative governance and the operation mechanism,it proposes the optimizing strategy,giving necessary reference to the following characteristic rural construction.
