摘要 为科学指导上海优秀历史建筑白蚁预防工作,探索有效降低白蚁危害的发生率、控制白蚁危害的具体方法和策略,在上海市徐汇区永嘉新村开展了白蚁综合治理自动监测技术研究。通过报警率、误报率、电池续航力等3项指标,对智能监测装置产品质量和性能进行评价。药剂选用心居康杀白蚁饵剂。结果表明,智能监测装置的误报率不到0.5%,报警率、电池续航力虽然存在不足,但近3年的白蚁报治率已呈下降趋势,达到了保护优秀历史建筑的作用。自动监测技术与饵剂法相结合,可实现对白蚁的监测、灭治和预防等多种功效,对降低优秀历史建筑内白蚁危害的发生率产生重要影响。对优秀历史建筑的白蚁预防,除了在室内使用白蚁预防药剂之外,还应在其周边安装地下型白蚁智能监测装置,实行内外白蚁预防的联动。 In order to scientifically guide the prevention of termites in excellent historical buildings in Shanghai and explore the specific methods and strategies to effectively reduce the incidence of termite damage and control the termite damage,the study on the automatic monitoring technology for the integrated termite management was conducted in Yongjia New Village,Xuhui District,Shanghai.The quality and performance of the intelligent monitoring device were evaluated by alarm rate,false alarm rate and battery life.The drug was Sentricon termite bait.The results showed that the false alarm rate of the intelligent monitoring device was less than 0.5%;although the alarm rate and the battery life have defects,the termite control rate had a downward trend in the past three years,which achieved the protection of excellent historical buildings.The combination of automatic monitoring technology and bait method can realize the monitoring,control and prevention of termites,and has an important impact on reducing the occurrence of termites in excellent historical buildings.For the termite prevention of excellent historical buildings,in addition to indoor use of termite prevention agents,the underground intelligent termite monitoring devices should also be installed around the buildings,so as to implement the linkage of internal and external termite prevention.
