摘要
以广东省为研究对象,通过对山洪灾害孕育的降雨、地形地貌、河网水系、社会经济指标等主要影响因子进行分析,构建广东省山洪灾害风险性指标评价体系,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,基于地理信息系统(GIS)叠加分析得出了广东省山洪灾害风险区划图,并在空间分布上具有一定的规律性。风险区划图显示清远市、韶关市、河源市、梅州市、惠州市、阳江市、茂名市等地是山洪灾害频发且损失严重的区域。结合广东省现场调查的历史山洪灾害情况,表明研究结果客观反映了广东省山洪灾害风险分布情况,为广东省防御山洪灾害工作提供关键的技术支撑。
Taking Guangdong province as research object,by analyzing the main influencing factors such as rainfall,topography,river network,social and economic and constructing the evaluation system of flash flood risk index in Guangdong province,the index weight was determined by AHP,and the risk zoning map was obtained by GIS overlay analysis.This paper found that the risk of torrent disaster in Guangdong province had some regularity in spatial distribution.Zoning map showed that Qingyuan city,Shaoguang city,Heyuan city,Meizhou city Huizohu city,Yangjiang city and Maoming city,etc.were the rainy centers,which were located in the high risk area of torrential flood disaster.According to the historical records of torrential flood disaster in Guangdong province,it indicated that the study results objectively reflected the risk distribution,and provided technological support for flood disaster defense.
