摘要
素土挤密桩因为其成孔、回填速度较快,施工便利、工程造价低等特点,现已被广泛应用在各类湿陷性黄土地基中。结合关中平原某机场项目素土挤密桩施工处理复合地基方案,采用静力压桩机进行挤密桩成孔施工,由于湿陷性黄土自身性质的原因,挤密桩成孔后存在缩孔、缩颈等问题,为此采取了旋挖法处理挤密桩缩孔、缩颈问题。同时结合现场情况介绍了素土挤密桩的部署方案、施工工艺与技术要点等内容。
Because of the characteristics of fast hole-forming,fast backfilling-speed,convenient construction and low project cost,plain soil compaction pile has been widely used in all kinds of collapsible loess foundation.This paper discusses the construction scheme of plain soil compaction pile for composite foundation of an airport project in Guanzhong Plain.The scheme employs the static pile pressing machine to carry out the hole forming construction.Due to the nature of collapsible loess,there are some problems such as shrinkage and necking.Therefore,the rotary excavation method is adopted to solve the problem.Combined with the field situation,the paper also introduces the deployment scheme,construction technology and technical points.
