摘要
本研究考察了在多重威胁框架下,价值肯定干预对女大学生在刻板印象威胁下的认知任务表现的作用,并比较了群体价值肯定和自我价值肯定的影响差异。实验1发现在群体目标刻板印象威胁下,群体价值肯定降低了受威胁个体的任务表现水平,被试在任务中表现出更大的Stroop干扰效应;实验2发现在自我目标刻板印象威胁下,群体价值肯定和自我价值肯定都能缓冲威胁带来的任务表现下降。当前的研究验证了价值肯定在消除刻板印象威胁负面影响中的作用,以及价值肯定变式在实际应用时的条件,为刻板印象威胁的干预提供了新的思路。
This study examined the effects of value affirmation intervention on female college students'mental task performance under stereotype threat following multi-threat framework,and compared the effects of group-affirmation and self-affirmation.In experiment 1,the subjects who wrote the group-affirmation had lower task performance under group-as-target stereotype threat,and showed greater Stroop interference effect.In experiment 2,both group-affirmation and self-affirmation can buffer the effect of self-as-target stereotype threat.The current research has verified the effectiveness of value affirmation in eliminating the negative effects of stereotype threat,and the conditions of value affirmation intervention,providing new ideas for stereotype threat intervention.
