摘要
有机半导体是新一代光电材料的重要体系,在柔性显示、发电和传感等领域具有广阔的应用前景.现有可溶有机半导体大多使用含氯溶剂,对人体健康和生态环境造成危害.伴随着光电子产业向环境友好方向发展,可绿色溶剂加工的有机半导体受到广泛关注并取得快速发展.本文从有机半导体的分子设计、溶剂选择、加工方法等方面综述了可绿色溶剂加工的有机半导体研究进展,重点介绍分子设计策略和相关材料在有机薄膜晶体管和有机热电器件中的应用,最后总结了环境友好型的有机半导体面临的挑战与机遇.
Organic semiconductors(OSCs) are significant systems of next-generation optoelectronic materials, which are widely applied in flexible devices, power generation and sensors. However, most of the organic semiconductors are prepared in chlorinated solvents which are harmful to human health and ecological environment. Nowadays,accompanied with the trends of environmentally-friendly optoelectronics, the OSCs processed with green solvents attracted extensive attention and developed rapidly. In this article, we reviewed the advances in environmentally-friendly OSCs in molecular design, solvent selection and processing method. The application of those materials in organic thinfilm transistor and organic thermoelectric devices was highlighted. Finally, challenges and perspectives of the environmentally-friendly OSCs are also summarized.
