亚铁胁迫对甜菜幼苗矿质元素积累的影响

摘要 为了研究不同浓度的亚铁离子对甜菜(Beta vulgaris L.)幼苗不同部位矿质元素积累的影响,以期为不同土壤条件下的甜菜种植提供参考。本研究以甜菜品种‘KWS1176’为研究对象,采用水培的方式,研究Fe^(2+)浓度为0.06、0.12、0.24、0.48、0.96、1.92、3.84 mmol/L(CK、T1-T6)时幼苗的生长状况,并测定其不同组织中矿质元素的含量。结果发现,随着营养液中Fe^(2+)浓度的提高,植株地上部和地下部Fe元素浓度均不断上升;植株氮、磷、钾等大量元素含量随Fe^(2+)浓度上升表现出不同程度的下降趋势;另外,植株锰元素含量表现为不断下降的趋势,而铜和锌元素含量则随着胁迫程度的不断上升而增加。综上所述,基质中高浓度的亚铁离子会极大程度上影响幼苗对矿质元素的吸收,对幼苗的生长发育产生负面影响。 The objectives are to study the effects of different concentrations of ferrous ions on the growth and accumulation of mineral elements in different parts of sugar beet(Beta vulgaris L.)seedlings,and to provide a basis for sugar beet planting in different soils.In this study,sugar beet variety‘KWS1176’was taken as the research material,and the growth status of the seedlings was studied with the Fe^(2+) concentration of 0.06,0.12,0.24,0.48,0.96,1.92 and 3.84 mmol/L(CK,T1-T6)by hydroponic culture,and the contents of mineral elements in different tissues were determined.The results showed that along with the increase of Fe^(2+) concentrations in nutrient solution,the concentration of Fe in both aboveground and underground parts of the plant increased continuously.The content of plant nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and other macro-elements showed different degrees of downward trend with the increase of Fe^(2+) concentration.In addition,the manganese content in plants showed a decreasing trend,while the copper and zinc content increased with the increasing stress degree.In summary,the high concentration of ferrous ions in the substrate will greatly affect the absorption of mineral elements by the seedlings,and have a negative impact on the growth and development of sugar beet seedlings.
