线粒体自噬在纤维化疾病中作用的研究进展 被引量:10

Role of mitochondrial autophagy in fibrotic diseases

摘要 纤维化是肺、心脏、肝脏、肾脏、皮肤等器官、组织出现纤维结缔组织增多,实质细胞减少的现象,长期纤维化可导致器官、组织功能减退,甚至出现功能衰竭。细胞自噬参与纤维化疾病的发生、发展过程。线粒体自噬是一种选择性自噬,在维持细胞正常表型和功能中起关键作用,但线粒体自噬在纤维化疾病中作用的研究较少。本文就细胞自噬、线粒体自噬、线粒体自噬与纤维化疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。 Fibrosis refers to the increase of fibrous connective tissue and the decrease of parenchymal cells in organs and tissues as the lung, heart, liver, kidney and skin. Long-term fibrosis may lead to the destruction and decline of the structure and function, and even functional failure. Cell autophagy participates in the occurrence and development of fibrotic diseases. Mitochondrial autophagy is a selective autophagy, and plays a key role in maintaining the normal phenotype and function of cells. However, there are few studies on the role of mitochondrial autophagy in fibrotic diseases. This paper reviews the research progress of cell autophagy, mitochondrial autophagy and the relationships between mitochondrial autophagy with fibrotic deseases.
