摘要
工程塑料是水润滑下摩擦副常用的一类材料,其摩擦磨损性能在很大程度上决定了摩擦副的使用性能。主要介绍水润滑的特点,分析水润滑摩擦副对材料的性能要求,综述水润滑下PTFE、PEEK、PA、PI等常用工程塑料的摩擦磨损性能研究情况,并对特定工况下摩擦副用工程塑料研究提出了建议。
Engineering plastic is a kind of common material for friction pairs’ under water lubrication.Its friction and wear properties decided friction pairs’ performance greatly.The features of water lubrication were introduced.The material performance demanded to friction pairs was analyzed.The research status of friction and wear properties of several common engineering plastics,such as PTFE,PEEK,PA,PI,etc.under water lubrication was reviewed in great detail.Then the research direction of engineering plastics in specific working condition was suggested.
