摘要
针对当前国产口罩因芯层聚丙烯熔喷非织造材料带电稳定性差,而导致长期储存后过滤防护效果明显下降这一共性难题,结合驻极电荷稳定性,介绍了电晕放电和摩擦起电驻极工艺技术在纤维材料领域的研究现状和存在问题,进一步对3M公司在口罩用熔喷非织造材料方面的专利进行了剖析,指出摩擦起电等驻极工艺技术是实现口罩长期储存带电和过滤效率持久稳定性的研究方向。
In order to solve the filtration efficiency decay of face masks which is caused by the poor charge stability of the middle functional layer of the melt-blown nonwoven fabric,in combination with the charge stability,the present status and problems of corona charging and triboelectric charging methods were introduced.Patents issued by 3 M company about meltblown nonwoven fabrics used in face masks were analyzed as well.In conclusion,it was suggested that the triboelectric charging method should be investigated further as one of the main developing direction of high efficiency air filter,and it was considered to have potential applications in personal protection and air filtration.
