C-TiO_(2)/CdS复合纤维膜的制备及光催化产氢性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法和水热法合成C-TiO_(2)/CdS复合催化剂,并使用静电纺丝法以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为模板剂制备纳米纤维膜载体,通过浸渍法负载催化剂制成壳-核状的C-TiO_(2)/CdS复合纤维膜。通过X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱技术、漫反射光谱和扫描电镜对催化剂结构组成和形貌进行分析。以乙醇为牺牲试剂,测试了C-TiO_(2)/CdS复合纤维膜在可见光下的产氢性能。光催化实验结果表明:相比纯TiO_(2),复合纤维膜产氢效率更高且方便回收再使用,1.5g葡萄糖作C源、0.15g CdCl_(2)改性的C-TiO_(2)/CdS、乙醇浓度为30%时复合纤维膜产氢效率最高,可见光下反应6h后达4730μmol,是纯TiO_(2)产氢量312μmol的14倍。 The C-titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))/cadmium sulfide(CdS)composite nanocatalyst was synthesized by the sol-gel and hydrothermal method.The nanofiber membrane carrier was prepared by the electrospinning method with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as the template.The catalyst was loaded by the impregnation method to make the shell C-TiO_(2)/CdS composite fiber membrane with core structure.The structure,composition and morphology of the catalyst were analyzed by XRD,XPS,DRS and SEM.The hydrogen production activity of C-TiO_(2)/CdS under visible light was tested using ethanol as sacrificial agent.Photocatalysis experiments shown that,compared with TiO_(2),the membrane had a higher hydrogen production efficiency,and was convenient for recycling and reuse.When 1.5 g glucose was used as C source,0.15 g CdCl_(2)-modified C-TiO_(2)/CdS,and the concentration of ethanol was 30%,the hydrogen production efficiency reached 4730μmol after 6 h reaction under visible light,which was 14 times that of pure TiO_(2) of 312μmol.
