复合材料捻子条制造工艺及拉伸力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 当前航空复合材料加筋结构的捻子条大部分为人工制造,然后装入模具在热压罐中热压成型,存在尺寸精度低、尺寸均匀性差、成型工序多、效率低等缺点。由于树脂体系、树脂含量不同,对拉挤成型的捻子条填充量和预热温度有不同的工艺参数要求。通过对T700/QY9611双马来酰亚胺树脂体系的预浸料在不同材料填充量、材料预热温度工艺参数下,使用芯材填充设备自动化生产出的捻子条与手工制作的捻子条进行对比,并填充到T型试验件中,通过拉力机测试拉伸时最大破坏载荷值,研究自动化生产的捻子条与手工制作的捻子条在复合材料加筋结构对力学性能的影响,最终确定捻子条使用自动化设备生产优于人工制造,可在批量生产中推广应用。 At present,most of the radius fillers in reinforced structure of aviation composite materials are manufactured by hand,and then put into autoclave for hot pressing.There are some disadvantages,such as low dimensional accuracy,poor uniformity of size,many molding processes and more molds required for efficiency.Due to the different resin system and resin content of composites,there are different process parameters requirements for pultrusion radius filler filling amount and preheating temperature.The radius fillers produced automatically by core filling equipment were compared with those made by hand under different material filling amount and preheating temperature process parameters of T700/QY9611 BMI resin system prepreg.The maximum failure load value of tensile T-shaped stiffeners was tested by tensile machine.The effect of material reinforced structure on mechanical properties between the composite of automatic and hand-made radius filler was researched.It was determined that the production of radius filler with automatic equipment was better than that of manual production,which can be popularized and applied in batch production.
