分散介质添加量对氧化铝剥离石墨烯质量的影响

摘要 在试验室条件下通过湿法球磨一次合成GNSs/Al_(2)O_(3)复合材料。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、拉曼光谱、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析测试,研究GNSs/Al_(2)O_(3)复合材料中石墨烯的层数分布、质量及其转换效率。结果表明:与干法球磨相比,湿法球磨得到的石墨烯片层更小且薄。随分散介质添加量增加,得到半透明的石墨烯越来越薄,部分极薄石墨烯出现弯曲,得到的寡层石墨烯也越来越多。当分散介质为40 mL时,10层以下石墨烯占比为76%,剥离效果最好。石墨烯转化率随分散介质增多而升高,在分散介质为40 mL时转化率最高。 GNSs/Al_(2)O_(3) composites were synthesized by wet ball milling in laboratory.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Raman spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to study and analyze the layer number distribution,quality and conversion efficiency of graphene in GNSs/Al_(2)O_(3) composites.The results show that the graphene lamellae obtained by wet milling are smaller and thinner than those by dry milling.With the increase of the dispersion medium addition amount,the translucent and thinner graphene is obtained,and some paper-thin graphene appears bending phenomenon,and more and more multilayered graphene is obtained.When the addition amount of dispersion medium is 40 mL,the proportion of graphene below 10 layers is 76%,and the stripping effect is the best.The conversion efficiency of graphene also increases with the increase of the addition amount of dispersion medium.The highest conversion efficiency is obtained when the addition amount of dispersion medium is 40 mL.
