摘要
介绍被动式超低能耗建筑对热桥的控制和连续气密层的设计要求。分析某钢结构被动式超低能耗建筑基本概况、被动式建筑技术使用情况、项目的不足之处。以项目设计为基础,对项目部分用于降低热桥效应的设计效果进行验证,采用有限元工具分别分析取消外墙条板外挑设计、拉结杆穿墙贯穿洞保温嵌填、增加雨水管支架隔热垫片后增量热桥效应。结果表明,增量热桥效应较小,分别为0.004 W/(m^(2)·K)、0.002 W/(m^(2)·K)和0.0035 W/(m^(2)·K),设计过程中可以考虑取消简化节点构造提升施工可建造性。分析项目气密层构成形式,并指出内墙抹灰构成的气密层的不利因素。在此基础上,提出对于钢结构被动式超低能耗建筑的气密层宜设置在外墙外侧,由外墙的防水砂浆构成。
The control of thermal bridge and design requirements of continuous air tight layer in passive ultra-low energy consumption building are introduced.The basic situation of a steel structure passive ultra-low energy consumption building is analyzed,as well as the use of passive building technology and the shortcomings of the project.Based on the project design,the design effect of reducing the thermal bridge effect of the project is verified.The verification method is to use the finite element tool to analyze the incremental thermal bridge effect after canceling the external wall strip overhanging design,tie rod through the wall and through the hole insulation infill and rain pipe support insulation gasket.The results show that the incremental thermal bridge effect is small,which are 0.004 W/(m^(2)·K),0.002 W/(m^(2)·K)and 0.0035 W/(m^(2)·K),respectively.It can be considered to cancel in the design process to simplify the joint structure and improve the constructability.This paper analyzes the composition form of the air tight layer of the project,and points out the unfavorable factors of the air barrier layer formed by the internal wall plastering.On this basis,it is proposed that the air tight layer of steel structure passive ultra-low energy consumption building should be set outside the external wall,which is composed of waterproof mortar.
