摘要
针对中近程防空导弹的典型目标进行了分类分析。为同时应对飞机和导弹类目标,提出了集成飞散和聚焦特性的点阵战斗部方案。详细设计了大圆弧腰鼓形与聚焦曲线回转结构结合的战斗部破片壳体,可同时形成飞散和聚焦的破片分布。为了实现破片分布的均匀和规律性控制,提出了一种点阵分布破片的战斗部半预制破片壳体制作方案,可使得形成的破片呈现出交叉点阵的周期规律性分布形态。试验验证了8 kg战斗部的威力性能,在6 m半径处飞散区和聚焦区的破片均分布均匀,密度分别达到了11枚/m^(2)和64.8枚/m^(2),能实现对飞机和导弹的有效毁伤。
The typical targets of medium short range air defense missile are classified.In order to deal with the aircraft and missile targets at the same time,the warhead scheme integrating the scattering and focusing characteristics is proposed.The warhead fragment shell with large arc waist drum structure and focus curve swing structure is designed in detail,so that it can form the fragment distribution of scattering and focusing at the same time.In order to realize the uniform and regular control of fragment distribution,a semi-prefabricated fragment shell manufacturing scheme with lattice distribution fragments is proposed,which can make the formed fragments present the periodic regular distribution pattern of cross lattice.The power performance of 8 kg warhead is verified by static explosion test.At the radius of 6 m,the fragments in the scattering area and the focusing area are evenly distributed,and the density reaches 11 pieces/m^(2) and 64.8 pieces/m^(2) respectively,which can effectively damage the aircraft and missile.
