某二次起爆型云爆战斗部防窜火技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决某300 kg级云爆战斗部静爆试验窜火问题,对战斗部及相关结构进行了改进和验证。通过分析高速录像捕捉的云雾形貌,认为窜火的主要原因为:中心装药结构不合理导致轴向冲击过大;原燃料物理稳定性差,敏感组分在上端板破裂后,在爆炸产物的作用下发生窜火。针对这两个问题,对战斗部进行了如下改进:采用T型间隔装药代替柱形装药,降低起爆端药量、控制爆轰波径向传播;用敏感组分含量调低的液体燃料代替原燃料。采取上述措施后,燃料分散过程中无窜火现象发生,云雾爆轰区内超压大于2.0 MPa,超压拟合得到的静爆威力约为5.5倍TNT当量。 In order to solove the problem of premature-combustion from a twice-detonating large scale FAE warhead for 300 kg,the warhead and its related structures are improved and verified.By analyzing the cloud morphology captured by high-speed video,it is considered that the main causes of premature-combustion are:the unreasonable structure of central charge leads to excessive axial impact;the physical stability of raw fuel is poor,and the sensitive components will flash under the action of explosion products after the upper end plate is broken.To solve these two problems,the warhead is improved as follows:T-shaped interval charge is used to replace cylindrical charge,reduce the charge at the initiation end,control the radial propagation of detonation wave,and replace the raw fuel with liquid fuel with lower sensitive component content.After taking the above measures,there is no premature-combustion in the process of fuel dispersion.The overpressure in the cloud detonation zone is greater than 2.0 MPa,and the static detonation power obtained by overpressure fitting is about 5.5 times TNT equivalent.
