摘要
生物法是石化行业废水处理中的常用方法之一,A/O工艺是常见的污水处理方法,两级A/O工艺则可以强化硝化和反硝化过程,对高含氮有机废水来说是较为理想的水处理手段。针对某化工企业的己内酰胺废水处理工艺,研究了A/O工艺和两级A/O工艺对己内酰胺废水的脱氮率影响。研究结果表明,A/O工艺对己内酰胺废水的脱氮效率仅为53.6%,投加甲醇碳源后,脱氮率可提升至85.0%,出水总氮可降至40 mg/L。两级A/O串联工艺对己内酰胺废水的脱氮率在投加甲醇碳源后,出水总氮可降至11.2 mg/L,脱氮率可达96.2%,两级A/O工艺可以有效提高总氮去除率。
Biological method is one of the commonly used methods in wastewater treatment in petrochemical industry. A/O process is a common sewage treatment method, and two-stage A/O process can strengthen the nitrification and denitrification process, which is more suitable for high-nitrogen organic wastewater.Ideal water treatment method. Aiming at the caprolactam wastewater treatment process of a chemical enterprise, the influence of A/O process and two-stage A/O process on the denitrification rate of caprolactam wastewater was studied. The research results show that the denitrification efficiency of the A/O process for caprolactam wastewater is only 53.6 %. After adding methanol carbon source, the denitrification rate can be increased to 85.0 %, and the total nitrogen in the effluent can be reduced to 40 mg/L. The denitrification rate of caprolactam wastewater by the two-stage A/O tandem process can be reduced to 11.2 mg/L in the effluent after the addition of methanol carbon source, and the denitrification rate can reach 96.2 %. The two-stage A/O process can effectively improve Total nitrogen removal rate.
