喷雾干燥法制备钠离子电池正极材料Na_(2)FePO_(4)F

摘要 本文以有机铁源为原料,采用喷雾-干燥法制备了Na_(2)FePO_(4)F/C复合正极材料,研究了反应温度和反应时间对复合材料的物相、晶体结构、形貌及电化学性能的影响。研究表明,在600℃下反应6 h合成的Na_(2)FePO_(4)F/C样品具有最佳的纯度和最优的结晶度,该样品在0.1C倍率下的首次放电比容量高达95.5 mAh/g,循环150次后的容量保持率为78.3%,循环性能优异。同时利用EIS技术对目标产物进行研究,揭示其循环性能演变的内在根源。 In this paper,Na_(2)FePO_(4)F/C composite cathode materials were prepared by spray drying method using organic iron as raw materials.The effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on the phase,crystal structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of the composites were studied.The results show that the Na_(2)FePO_(4)F/C sample synthesized at 600℃for 6 h has the best purity and crystallinity.The first discharge specific capacity of the sample at 0.1 C rate is as high as 95.5 MAH/g,the capacity retention rate after 150 cycles is 78.3%,and the cycle performance is excellent.At the same time,EIS technology is used to study the target product to reveal the internal root of its cycle performance evolution.
