摘要
目的:比较贵州省12个不同产地黄柏质量差异,为黄柏道地性的地理种源选择提供参考。方法:参照现行版《中国药典》通则及一部黄柏项下质量标准对贵州省12个不同产地黄柏进行水分、总灰分、浸出物、小檗碱及黄柏碱含量的测定。结果:本实验结果显示各产地黄柏水分、总灰分、醇溶性浸出物及小檗碱含量均符合现行版《中国药典》的规定,除遵义牛蹄镇、毕节官坝镇及遵义西坪镇外其余产地黄柏中黄柏碱的含量均达药典标准。其中,毕节金沙县所产黄柏中小檗碱(5.7%)及黄柏碱含量(0.63%)均为最高。结论:综合各检测指标,毕节金沙县及遵义永安镇可作为贵州黄柏道地性地理种源选择参考地区。
Objective: The quality differences of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex from 12 habitats in Guizhou Province were compared to provide reference for geographical provenance selection of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex. Methods: The contents of water, total ash, extract, berberine and phellodendrine in Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex from 12 habitats in Guizhou Province were determined according to the general rules of the current edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the quality standard of Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex. Results: The contents of water, total ash, alcohol-soluble extract and berberine in Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex from different habitats were in line with the provisions of the current edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The contents of phellodendrine in Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex from different habitats except Niuti Town, Bijie Guanba Town and Zunyi Xiping Town met the pharmacopoeia standards. Among them, the contents of berberine(5.7 %) and phellodendrine(0.63 %) in Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex. Cortex produced in Jinsha County of Bijie were the highest. Conclusion: Based on all the indexes, Bijie Jinsha County and Zunyi Yong an Town can be used as reference areas for selecting geographical provenances of Huangbaidao in Guizhou.
