摘要 化工火灾事故具有火灾危险性大、灭火救援处置困难的特点,对消防救援队伍带来极大的挑战。为有效降低化工火灾造成的损失,提高化工事故灭火救援效率,更好地提高消防救援队伍对化工灾害事故的特点及规律的认知。本文尝试以惠州大亚湾石化区为例,针对化工火灾特点,分析化工火灾事故影响因素,剖析消防救援队伍处置化学灾害的薄弱环节,并就化工灭火救援处置能力建设作一些粗浅的探讨。 Chemical fire accidents have the characteristics of high fire risk and difficult fire fighting and rescue disposal, which brings great challenges to the fire rescue team. In order to effectively reduce the loss caused by chemical fire, improve the fire extinguishing and rescue efficiency of chemical accidents, and better improve the fire rescue team’s understanding of the characteristics and laws of chemical disasters and accidents. This paper attempts to take Huizhou Daya Bay petrochemical zone as an example, according to the characteristics of chemical fire, analyze the influencing factors of chemical fire accidents, analyze the weak links of fire rescue teams in dealing with chemical disasters, and make some superficial discussions on the construction of chemical fire fighting and rescue capacity.
